DTK is able to operate from several airstrips:-

• Busy Latrobe Regional Airport with training available for General Aviation and Ultralight aircraft and a large friendly flying community.
• Yarram airfield which has only a very small volume of air traffic and is ideal for a new pilots to learn in a quiet rural airport before gaining the experience necessary to fly confidently at a busy regional airport.
• Leongatha airfield which is also a quiet rural airport.
• Numerous privately owned airstrips and paddocks suitable for outlanding

DTK does not have any restrictions with relation to operating times and is able operate from dawn until dusk. This ensures students are able to maximise the best flying conditions on each day.

DTK is able to operate 7 days per week.
